By accessing or using the 4-Event platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our services.
Your use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms as they appear at the time of use. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
Tickets purchased through 4-Event are valid only for the specific event, date, and time indicated. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Attendees must present valid tickets (digital or physical) for entry. 4-Event reserves the right to refuse entry if:
Event details (dates, times, lineup) are subject to change at the organizer's discretion. 4-Event will notify ticket holders of significant changes via email.
All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated.
4-Event charges service fees for ticket purchases. These fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:
If you pay in a currency other than MAD, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. 4-Event is not responsible for these fees.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Service fees may be non-refundable depending on the organizer's policy.
Cancellation policies vary by event. Please check the specific event's cancellation policy before purchasing. Generally:
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once processed.
Event organizers agree to:
4-Event may verify organizer identities and event details. We reserve the right to remove listings that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.
Ticket revenue is paid to organizers within 5 business days after the event ends, minus applicable fees. Payouts are made via bank transfer or PayPal.
You agree not to:
All content on the 4-Event platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is owned by or licensed to 4-Event and protected by intellectual property laws.
By posting content on our platform (event listings, reviews, comments), you grant 4-Event a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4-Event and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Outstanding payments and obligations survive termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at info@4-event.fun. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 30 days.
